Our Rhythmic Yoga Sculpt classes are designed for beginner to intermediate fitness enthusiasts. The classes are highly scalable, allowing participants to choose their own weights and modify exercises to suit their individual fitness levels and needs.

Each session begins with a yoga flow warm-up, transitions into intense cardio and weight sculpt sequences, and concludes with Savasana for relaxation. This adaptability means you can start without weights as a beginner, or increase the challenge by adding more weight or pace as an advanced student.
