24 hour cancellation policy
If you need to cancel a class, you must do so at least 24 hours before the class starts. No refunds will be issued, however, if you cancel your class more than 24 hours before the start time you will have the option to move your booking to another class.

If this is your first time with Rhythmic Yoga Sculpt, we're excited to have you!
Our classes offer the "best of both worlds" structure, providing a comprehensive workout while maintaining the serene structure of a yoga class. Each session begins with a yoga flow warm-up, transitions into intense cardio and weight sculpt sequences, and concludes with Savasana for relaxation. This adaptability means you can start without weights as a beginner, or increase the challenge by adding more weight or pace as an advanced student.
